Returns Policy
7-Day Returns Accepted!
At Boot Locker NZ, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return window under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (receiving goods). To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Include original box, packaging, and accessories. (Original courier bag/box not necessary)
- Show no signs of wear (New pairs), no further signs of wear (used pairs) including creasing, stud marks or dirt.
- Any item worn outdoors, on a pitch, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items worn or used
- Items damaged due to incorrect surface use (Firm Ground on Artificial Ground, Soft Ground on firm ground, etc.)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Socks, shin guards, or accessories if packaging has been opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Older or rare boots that show deterioration after wear (as outlined in our Surface Usage and Conditions Disclaimer)
Refunds/Returns
To request a return, please use the Contact page on our website or send us a message on Instagram @Bootlockernz. If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your item. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For a change of mind return the cost of return postage will be at the customer's own expense.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of its status and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method for the full cost of the product.
Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, so please allow time for the funds to appear in your account.
