Where we started:
Hi, I’m Max - the founder of Boot Locker NZ.
In 2020, I began collecting rare football boots partly sparked by lockdown boredom, but also by a bigger reason. Growing up as a young football player, I didn’t always have access to the latest or 'cool' boots that many of my teammates wore. That experience stayed with me and eventually inspired the idea behind Boot Locker NZ...

In early 2026 bootlockernz.com went live. Giving athletes access globally to our range of Elite tiered boots at below retail pricing!
Since, @bootlockernz has grown to 10,000 plus followers across social channels and sales continuing to climb. Hundreds of pairs have been sold to athletes from not only New Zealand, but internationally to the USA, England, Australia, Estonia, France, Fiji, Scotland, Canada, Spain and Ireland.
